Salies-du-Salat is a commune in the Haute-Garonne department in south-western France. The town of Salies-du-Salat is known for its therapeutic hot spring treatments. The spa buildings, recently renovated, form the attractive centrepiece to the town.

The town currently has a population of approximately 2500. There is a small casino located in the town. A weekly market takes place on Mondays in the centre of town. The Donjon dates back to the XIIth Century and the Chateau Comtal dates to the XIVth both presumed built for their strategic positions at the top of the hill.
