The Chateau de la Renaudie is located on the commune of Saint-Front-la-Riviere, in the French department of the Dordogne, in the Aquitaine region.
Sadly this is property privee.
The chateau dates from the XIIIth through to the XVIth century. Godefroy de Barry, protesting chief of the conspiracy of Amboise, was lord of the chateau de la Renaudie. Given up after the French revolution, the chateau does not remain any more, today nothing more than a state of ruins invaded by vegetation. It is registered with the historic buildings since 1946.
